- 4 large red tomatoes
- 60 gr of breadcrumbs
- 150 gr. cheese (from Burgos or mozzarela) Light
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 tablespoons (soup) of sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons (soup) of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons (soup) parsley
Tomato is a very refreshing food that attracts the attention of children. On this occasion, we offer you a very Light recipe. It is indicated for all children, especially those who need to lose some weight. We hope you like it.
1- Wash the tomatoes well and cut the lid on each one.
2- With the help of a spoon, empty the tomatoes, removing the seeds.
3- In a bowl, mix the finely chopped onion, the breadcrumbs and the olive oil.
4- Distribute this mixture inside the tomatoes.
5- Chop the cheese and add it to the tomatoes.
6- Replace the caps of the tomatoes.
7- Arrange the tomatoes in a dish previously greased with a little oil and take it to the oven (preheated to 210ºC), for about 15 minutes.
8- Serve the tomatoes without the lid and decorate them with the sweet corn.
