To use this technique, the operation of a traffic light is applied to teach the child to manage these behaviors and negative emotions of which the little ones are victims. The children know perfectly how the traffic lights work, understanding that the red light means do not pass, the amber means you can go, and the green means you can go. A) Yes:

- The Red color. The child has to stop and begin to detect the signals that cause his negative emotions to occur. It is the first step to take to determine your own state of mind.
